We are looking for an experienced SLP who wants autonomy over their caseload and real variety in their clinical work. You'd see clients across our three tracks (AzEIP, DDD, and Private) and help shape how our growing team practices.
What you’d do
- Carry a caseload you help shape, across the pathways and age groups you want
- Do evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients, birth to elementary
- Partner with parents and caregivers as part of every case
- Collaborate with our OT and PT team on shared clients
- Document in a way that is actually clinically useful, not just compliant
What we’re looking for
- Active Arizona SLP license (ASHA CCC-SLP preferred)
- At least two years of pediatric experience
- Someone who genuinely likes working with families, not just kids
- A collaborative approach (we are a small team by design)
What we offer
- Flexible scheduling: you have real input on your caseload and hours
- A practice with almost fifty years of referral relationships and a steady client base
- The option to split your time across office and in-home work if you want variety
- Competitive compensation. We are happy to discuss specifics
This description is a placeholder. Amanda and Trish should review and customize before publishing: compensation model (contractor vs W-2), exact caseload expectations, benefits if any, and required years of experience.
